I work on the consulting side. The work life balance is great, I tend to stop at 5:00 on the dot everyday and I work remotely. There are a few times where office appearances are needed but they will reimburse any gas/airfare if it is necessary. I am outside of the state of Ohio so I do not go into the office often, however others that are close do go in every once in a while just to get together as a team. The PTO is very nice of 25 days. My salary is average and I believe the benefits are good, however maternity and paternity leave could be a lot better....Read More

Dislikes

Promotions and raises only occur once a year. Evaluations happen semi-annually however it is hard to be promoted and grow your skills with a strict schedule and timeline. You can be stuck doing the same skills for a year before being able to be promoted or get the compensation you deserve for going above and beyond and possibly doing the work someone with the title above you would be doing.
