Civica is a very employee friendly company. The best thing about working in Civica is the way they value their employees. Employees are central of all their decisions taken.

Dislikes

Civica needs to work on their brand a bit more. They need to start behaving like a big IT company now and they need to work more on building their brand. Not many people around are aware that 'CIVICA' exists in Vadodara. Also, we don't get a lot of benefits which other modern IT company of today provide to their employees like the ones listed below.
