They are not concerned about junior developer No new hiring for juniors since 2 year They juniors who are already working are eligible for promotion still not giving them promotion

Dislikes

The company work culture was good before December 2023. Since Blackstone acquired Civica they have screwed up everything. Today you have job and doing good in the project, but suddenly tomorrow you may be asked to leave. Management has no vision for the company or the products they have.
