Company conducts appraisals every six months is impressive, as it indicates that the company values and rewards its employees' hard work and dedication. This is a great way to motivate employees and ensure that they are recognized for their contributions. But you have to wait additional 3 months to credit the amount in your account.Most of the managers are supportive and willing to provide guidance and assistance when needed even they don't have any technical knowledge. The availability of company loans without interest is also a noteworthy benefit for employees. This is a great way to support employees during difficult financial times and help them manage their finances more effectively. It is alarming to hear that the company views employees who resign as "the enemy." This kind of attitude is not conducive to a positive work environment and may cause unnecessary stress for employees. It is not reasonable for a company to require employees to work on Saturdays or stay in the office beyond their scheduled hours, particularly without additional compensation or benefits. It is also concerning that client calls may occur after 6 PM and that the company expects employees to work after 8 PM, as this may lead to burnout and negatively impact employees' work-life balance. The fact that the company does not offer any additional benefits such as food, cab, or internet reimbursement is disappointing, especially given the demanding nature of the job. It is also concerning that the company is against work from home, particularly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the increasing importance of remote work. The lack of proper processes for projects is a cause for concern as it may lead to inefficiencies and confusion, and it is unacceptable for clients to be rude to developers without any action taken by the company. The seating arrangemnet help employees interact with team members easily. Working with citurs gave me satisfaction. During tea break, I wanted to eat something sweet, but they arranged evnging snacks in cafeteria which I dont like. I was hungry so ate it anyway. most of the time fried snacks are too oily. I like only less oily ones. Also, coffee is bitter mst of the time. i dint realize till i drank it, so was not happy
