Company conducts appraisals every six months is impressive, as it indicates that the company values and rewards its employees' hard work and dedication. This is a great way to motivate employees and ensure that they are recognized for their contributions. But you have to wait additional 3 months to credit the amount in your account.Most of the managers are supportive and willing to provide guidance and assistance when needed even they don't have any technical knowledge. The availability of company loans without interest is also a noteworthy benefit for employees. It is alarming to hear that the company views employees who resign as "the enemy." This kind of attitude is not conducive to a positive work environment and may cause unnecessary stress for employees. It is not reasonable for a company to require employees to work on Saturdays or stay in the office beyond their scheduled hours, particularly without additional compensation or benefits. It is also concerning that client calls may occur after 6 PM and that the company expects employees to work after 8 PM, as this may lead to burnout and negatively impact employees' work-life balance. The fact that the company does not offer any additional benefits such as food, cab, or internet reimbursement is disappointing, especially given the demanding nature of the job. It is also concerning that the company is against work from home, particularly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the increasing importance of remote work. The lack of proper processes for projects is a cause for concern as it may lead to inefficiencies and confusion, and it is unacceptable for clients to be rude to developers without any action taken by the company. They want us to work for 24*7. During my experience time most of the day I worked for 12 hours. If we logg of bit earlier ( normal working time 5:30PM) they will ask and next day gave more task. If we need to take leave then we need to give the detailed reason and also submit the document if needed. There is an incident one employee got terminated becouse he take leave.

The team was really supportive. R & D kind of development. Good amount of managers in all kind of technologies. Have developments in almost all kind of technologies.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Need to work 9 hours minimum per day excluding breaks. Sometimes, I worked 14-18 hours straight a day to meet client requirements that will be informed in the evening call. Resource allocation is poor in some projects which makes overburden for the developers working in it.

Company works on the cutting edge of the Technology. Mainly works on the service projects and have long term clients with good products. Onsite oppertunities are very less. Management keeps a good work culture and give importantce to moral values.

Dislikes

Compensation is bit low compared to MNC's but higher than the similer level companies in the city. Also keeps a 6 month appraisal cycle. Other facilities like gym, entertainment spaces, Transport or cabs are not providing. Still have a good cafeteria and free tea and evening snaks.
