As a Lead Software Engineer at Citrus informatics, I have had a good experience..work environment is supportive and the team collaborates well. This helped me grow. I have seen many employee welfare programs and decisions recent times so I can say that senior management and directors genuinely cares about work-life balance and the senior management is always open for suggestions A few months ago, company provided a small bonus to help with education and school opening expenses of our kids, which was a big help. The company is flexible with schedules, especially when working across different time zones, making it easier to maintain a good work-life balance. When it comes to cons, honestly, there's nothing that really comes to mind. Everything has been smooth and well-balanced but as expected in an organisation there will be strictness in various activities which is essential for the benefit of the organisation.

Working here as a Software Quality Engineer for the past few years, I am happy to say my team has helped make my job enjoyable. Citrus management encourages feedback which helped me improve my technical and leadership skills. I have received very good guidance from managers that helped me handle challenging projects. I have got learning opportunities as well from experienced engineers.

Dislikes

Working here for the past few years, I have no cons to say. In fact, working at Citrus is always about supportive teams and managers who help make things work out well for employees.
