I am shareing some of my observations regarding the experience of working at Citius, particularly in relation to project allocation, the internal staffing process, and the dynamics within the talent pool. Location Consideration: It appears that opportunities are more readily available for those based in Mumbai. Employees in other locations often face challenges in securing project placements and are frequently required to relocate to Mumbai. Internal Staffing Challenges: There seem to be challenges within the internal staffing team regarding the effective alignment of candidates’ skills with project requirements. As a result, interviews are sometimes conducted despite a mismatch in qualifications, leading to rejections that could leave candidates feeling uncertain about the feedback process. Interview Experience: The current process involves multiple rounds of interviews for short-term projects (ranging from 2 to 3 months). This may create a perception that employees are primarily compensated for interview participation rather than project engagement. I had read about the company before applying that the HR will make you go through all the rounds and then ghost you. I still took the risk and went thru the interview process. It's been 2 months they've kept me hanging. The HR is a scammy team. They'll string you along for weeks and not respond to your emails, calls, texts. Which serious company does this? The flexibility and all are very good. Wfh and wfo options are feasible enough to manage the work culture.

They will do mass hiring and recruit number of people and lay off them double in number. After joining you should give 2 or 3 rounds of interview again(Internal evaluation-1, Client interview-2). For every project they will ask the skills which are out of your skill set. Client and the management thinks like one person should be more enough to handle the skills which are present among 3 people. Another important point one should remember before joining here ----After joining within 90 days you should be able to move in to any of the project and become billable or else on the 95th day they will force you to resign. If you are asking everything out of skill set means how one can become billable??? Depending on this, I don't like the hiring process here. Before hiring one should tell the remaining process so they can think whether to join or search for different company. I could see more number of my friends are terminated in such a way.
