Unless you are a part of a project team, which are the cash cows for CitiusTech, being a part of any function/department, you will never be paid for what your worth is in the industry. Even when they try to retain an employee, they will offer much less than what the holding offer is. Never in the whole world is such a gamble offered or paid off.

I had read about the company before applying that the HR will make you go through all the rounds and then ghost you. I still took the risk and went thru the interview process. It's been 2 months they've kept me hanging. The HR is a scammy team. They'll string you along for weeks and not respond to your emails, calls, texts. Which serious company does this? The flexibility and all are very good. Wfh and wfo options are feasible enough to manage the work culture.
They will do mass hiring and recruit number of people and lay off them double in number. After joining you should give 2 or 3 rounds of interview again(Internal evaluation-1, Client interview-2). For every project they will ask the skills which are out of your skill set. Client and the management thinks like one person should be more enough to handle the skills which are present among 3 people. Another important point one should remember before joining here ----After joining within 90 days you should be able to move in to any of the project and become billable or else on the 95th day they will force you to resign. If you are asking everything out of skill set means how one can become billable??? Depending on this, I don't like the hiring process here. Before hiring one should tell the remaining process so they can think whether to join or search for different company. I could see more number of my friends are terminated in such a way. To the management - Don't play with someone's carrier. Job is more important to everyone. We have supporting skills and deep knowledge about the subject and also not selecting in to any of the project, Results as where the employee gets hurted easily and becomes dump.
