Good WLB, Good skill development programmes including Masters from reputed University like BITS Pilani, Symbiosis through work integrated learning program. Work culture experience would totally depend on the Manager and the project that you work on.

Notice period is 3 months. Some projects have poor managers because of whom there is politics, unnecessary work pressure to impress the client and poor work-life balance. Not all projects but few have this issue. Make sure you are allocated project during the onboarding itself else you will have to go through hassles of making resume, attending daily updates calls on bench, appearing for client interviews. No work-life balance. They will make us work for 10 -12 hrs a day. we can see a lot of partiality and managers are egoistic. Job security is nill, you can be out of the project anytime. No option for skill development and even though you have an opportunity to upskill yourself so called egoistic manager will never allow you.

1. Work pressure 2. weekend working. 3.bad appraisal. 1-2% appraisal to the employees who are working hard which is insulting more than appraisal. 4. New CEO Kajan Kohli joim the company and his team, company started degrading not only in terms of revenue (every other company facing same) but in terms of ethics, work culture as well. 5. Citiustech shows their growth on whatsapp, emails but when it comes in appraisal they are in loss. 6. QA/tester mostly should not join here because if you got selected, you have to report and answer everyone. Like team lead, scrum master, client OA client lead, and other client/higher people who just shows off their presence. 7. this is for some projects, there are lots of people who just shows their presence by just adding s**t processes to the sprint and keep following in mails, calls, while devs and QAS have to complete development truting and these s***t processes within same sprint. if you are not capable to complete these you have to work on weekend. 8. I had read about the company before applying that the HR will make you go through all the rounds and then ghost you. I still took the risk and went thru the interview process. It's been 2 months they've kept me hanging. The HR is a scammy team. They'll string you along for weeks and not respond to your emails, calls, texts. Which serious company does this? The flexibility and all are very good. Wfh and wfo options are feasible enough to manage the work culture.

They will do mass hiring and recruit number of people and lay off them double in number. After joining you should give 2 or 3 rounds of interview again(Internal evaluation-1, Client interview-2). For every project they will ask the skills which are out of your skill set. Client and the management thinks like one person should be more enough to handle the skills which are present among 3 people. Another important point one should remember before joining here ----After joining within 90 days you should be able to move in to any of the project and become billable or else on the 95th day they will force you to resign. If you are asking everything out of skill set means how one can become billable??? Depending on this, I don't like the hiring process here. Before hiring one should tell the remaining process so they can think whether to join or search for different company. I could see more number of my friends are terminated in such a way. To the management - Don't play with someone's carrier. Job is more important to everyone.
