There is job security to some extent and there is hybrid work policy. We have to go just twice a week which I feel is good

Dislikes

The workload is pretty hectic and you are mostly forced to work overtime to meet the project requirements. The salary is very low as compared to the work we do. The increments are negligible and don't expect any promotion, it's never gonna happen

I like the overall work culture. I like the office. It's well maintained and specious. There are good fun activities at the office.

Salary is less than expected. Little to no scope of appraisals and promotions. Salary structure is unfair.

The flexibility and all are very good. Wfh and wfo options are feasible enough to manage the work culture.

Dislikes

They will do mass hiring and recruit number of people and lay off them double in number. After joining you should give 2 or 3 rounds of interview again(Internal evaluation-1, Client interview-2). For every project they will ask the skills which are out of your skill set. Client and the management thinks like one person should be more enough to handle the skills which are present among 3 people. Another important point one should remember before joining here ----After joining within 90 days you should be able to move in to any of the project and become billable or else on the 95th day they will force you to resign. If you are asking everything out of skill set means how one can become billable??? Depending on this, I don't like the hiring process here. Before hiring one should tell the remaining process so they can think whether to join or search for different company. I could see more number of my friends are terminated in such a way. To the management - Don't play with someone's carrier. Job is more important to everyone. We have supporting skills and deep knowledge about the subject and also not selecting in to any of the project, Results as where the employee gets hurted easily and becomes dump. Candidates not respected well A software architect with zero knowledge on coding and communication skill will always take the interview as panel member. Even if you answer all the questions correctly and with the exact coding output with good problem solving skills you will still be rejected stating that you lack coding skills and development. Unless you are a part of a project team, which are the cash cows for CitiusTech, being a part of any function/department, you will never be paid for what your worth is in the industry. Even when they try to retain an employee, they will offer much less than what the holding offer is. Never in the whole world is such a gamble offered or paid off.
