Job security. Work from home Option. Salary hike and bonus are at par with other MNC Banks.

Dislikes

Management is not transparent and employee friendly. Long work hours. No work life balance. Constructive feedback from employees not encouraged.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
