This is a hire and fire company. Fake marketing of Chinese consultants. VP is worst and he act like village person. Talk rubbish and unparliamentary language. They play with recruiter's life. They talk lot of nonsense about growth and elevate the company that it is the best place to work. You don't have job security here. They fire without reason and same day without notice. Every 3 months new managers comes and get fired and same as with recruiters. VP have lot of ego and he wants everyone to call him "SIR". When you talk to him you should only say "YES SIR", "NO SIR". If you talk anything extra, you will be fired. Consultants here doesn't know anything but they want to place them in 15 days....Read More
