EVERYTHING. PLEASE DON'T QUIT AT YOUR CURRENT COMPANY AND JOIN AT CHANAKYA BY SEEING THE FAKE OUTER CIRCLE AND SWEET MANAGER TALK AND PACKAGE. COMING TO ANY DEPARTMENT ALL OF THEM HAVE ATTITUDE LIKE THEY OWN THE COMPANY ITSELF. IF YOU COMPLAINT ABOUT THE MANAGER'S TO HIGHER AUTHORITY. THEY WILL ALWAYS TAKE THE MANAGER SIDE AND WILL TERMINATE YOU BY SAYING YOUR PERFORMANCE IS WEAK IN WORK. EVEN IF YOUR PERFORMANCE IS GOOD AND YOU JUST SAID NO TO WAIT ONCE. YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN THE OFFICE TILL 10PM SOMETIMES MORE. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID FOR YOUR EXTRA EFFORTS OF WAITING. COMPANY DOESN'T PROVIDE OVERTIME WHOSE SALARY IS ABOVE 22K. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
