Once they trusted employee they will give more than 100% hike. No delay in Project assignment. Good team and help full in career development. Mostly Referred to fresher's.

It's like school what they're saying employee should listen. Project assignment, even we are in project that will complete soon like UAT, they will move to another projects due to requirement. This feels employee lack of confidence in work.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
