I do not want to write all these as I am still working here from last 1.4 yrs. I prefer WFH due to my health issues so they give this privilege. Other than this few managers are supporting and rest all are just asking to finish work in committed deadline so whatever you can do so. Hike is nothing here as per market standards. I am working/ available more than 12hrs and then also they do not respect our work. WFH does not mean we should be available 24x7....Read More
