Management is flowering well in terms of business process. Eventually, I could feel the real good difference in the work culture and employee's self-growth. I'm here for the last three years, management is very keen uprooting all its negatives (Job insecurity, more new projects, leverage to work on preferred tech). Your thoughts onprocess and ideas are taken seriously once you demonstrate expertise in a team enviroment - make it what you want it be! Flat hierarchy! CES is always open in investing in nurturing you they feel company's growth lies in it. Soft skill training, frequent tech sessions & webinar etc. keep the environment lively....Read More
