I'm here for the last three years, management is very keen uprooting all its negatives (Job insecurity, more new projects, leverage to work on preferred tech). CES is always open in investing in nurturing you they feel company's growth lies in it. Soft skill training, frequent tech sessions & webinar etc. keep the environment lively.
