a) Technical director cum co-founder who has no respect for scholars and professionals trained in India and constantly tries to reduce them to support staff; tries to run the ship on his terms setting it clear that his ideas are what drive the organization so no scope or intent to have fresh voices be even heard.
b) Program / Vertical leads who are incompetent and insecure so constantly trying to assert their power to sideline competent youngsters; full of narcissistic tendencies to never let team members feel any agency in decision-making; constantly trying to reduce young women in the team to be administrative support staff; strong micro-management tendencies to compensate for the lack of any professional technical competence to guide the team forward; extremely toxic behaviour towards those who don't align their ways of working with their chain of command.
c) HR Lead who doesn't have the guts to call out the wrongdoing of senior management despite multiple complaints; very easily gullible based on voices of a few prominent people in positions of power.
d) Vice President who is the most cunning unprofessional of the lot; pushes his own colleagues under the bus as a convenient shield when questioned; plays by the divide and rule policy in the organization; tries to project an image when dealing one-on-one which is drastically different from the conduct in group settings....Read More
