If you are Joining as PA than it is best to not join. Both PA and PE do same work. But treatment PA get is not good. Also there is no proper procedure do the work in company. They still not use basic project management tools. Also appraisal only depends on your presentation skills it is not depend on you work. 1. Work life balance is really pathetic. In my tenure of 2yrs barely I remember i left the office on time. 2. Due to lack of Employees engagement activities employee doesn’t find any motivation to work here. 3. Being government organisation, no initiatives for implementation of new technology or SDLC tools.

Working here with senior peoples have good experience as youngsters. They won't allow us grow . Without having any technical knowledge they came on the top and blame freshers with their ego.
