Only compensation was the issue for me as i was working as a fresher..rest is fine!

I have been here only for 5 months and so far it's been a great experience working at Centelon. I do feel like the management values and is ready to support you. Which in turn absolutely helps an employee to spread their wings and bring more value back into the company. I also feel that Centelon is a progressive company because the management seems ready to accept the new, ever-changing digital and technological advancements. They are prepared for what is next or are ready to look into future plans. What I am happy about most is the flexibility I get working here. I am most happy to WFH and Centelon aren't pushing their employees to come into the offices. Especially when I am required to work in different time zones. Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about working here, so far. Although I would like to bring to attention that resources are extremely limited at Centelon, hence running and managing a project always seems like a challenge.

The company is having an open culture, respect to each individual and provides lot of opportunities to grow your footprints, take responsibility, etc. Management team is easily contactable, responsive and supportive in any matter. During Covid lock-down non of the resource (junior to se nior) were asked to leave the company. All kinds of adjustments were done out of the way. Centelon work culture is good, as there is no hierarchy and even the top management is approachable and are open the new ideas and innovation. Management is extremely talented and approachable. I am delighted to work with such learned people. Happy with the Policies they have.

Focused trainings to the freshers based on the chapter they are inducted need to be organized which would free up the bandwidth of the seniors.

There is not much to dislike but if I had to mention one thing its the appraisal percentage , if they improve the appraisal with the current market standards it would be good for employees and also motivate them to work hard and not feel disappointed for what time and skills they worked for has been worth it.

-All Managers and Directors are supportive -Getting good facilities to work -Providing training to learn new technologies -Great work environment -Flexible work timings -Salary is getting on time and there is no delay. -Salary is always created in your bank account.

Dislikes

-IT assets laptops and systems are refurbished or old age. -Less hike and less salary, actually people from different company earning more salary, also need to standardize it. -Notice period policy - 90 days -HR Management -Needs to improve company process policy -For newcomers do not provide a welcome or joining kit.
