Permanent work from office. There is lot of micro management. You need to provide every hours of work in your timesheet. If time sheet ia not approved by your managaer, you will not receive your salary.

Job Security: They won't convert you for Full-time. They made me as well as 700 more freshers work as interns/ trainees for more than a year, and revoked saying your performance was not good. Learning: They have almost 0 or verryyy less projects. No learning/growth opportunity. Stipend during training is way toooo low to survive in any city like Pune/Jaipur
