One needs freedom to make decisions and execute them. I am lucky to have supportive management. They have always shown trust in me and backed me in my many crucial decisions. Even if I went wrong they gave me constructive feedback. I handle newer tasks and challenges which helps me as a professional. I get the opportunity to guide and mentor my subordinates.

Dislikes

Communication does not go well between all departments. I believe, this happens every where. Some decisions take longer than expected due to multiple approval layers. But that's needed for accuracy in results.

Transparency is practiced. Policies and processes over here are clear. Good workplace. Focus is on creativity and working with attention to detail and accuracy has shaped my core crafts and helped me grow in my career.

Depending on the role, it can be difficult to separate work from personal life. Onboarding process may not be comprehensive, so its harder for new hires to settle in.

Highly productive work culture. Everyone has different thoughts, strategies, and creative thinking approaches, and they share their professional expertise. I am getting to learn a lot from them. Work culture over here is being very good and helps me in growing. I get to work with peace of mind and perform to the best of my capabilities.

Employees often work under tight deadlines and I don't see anything wrong, but that's fine for me. But, not all will get it right. While feedback is useful, some employees may find constant evaluation not so easy.

Company offers a clear career path, with tasks based on your skills. I have worked on several projects. It's good to see everyone collaborating and sharing ideas openly. Since I started working here I have been able to balance work and personal life well. Work flow is smooth and organized and everyone follows a clear routine.

Projects and priorities can change rapidly. But that does not always happen, it's due to the demanding project nature, and we need to understand it. Due to multiple projects, some teams may feel understaffed.

Good practical experience. I am getting broad work exposure in my field. The work process is impressive. You will have various opportunities to work on diverse projects. You will learn many new corners. What you only need to do is - stay focused and learn every challenge.

You will need to work quickly here and deadlines are challenging. Company moves quickly which can be stressful for some employees. I take it as a challenge and work on becoming better.

I get to work on many new things. It is much more challenging but I learned to think creatively, work smartly, and learn and implement new things to accomplish such as challenging chores. Here we have a safe working environment for women. Company shows high regard for women employees.

Performance expectations are high, which is not easy to cope with but helps train a lot to be a professional. For certain roles, growth opportunities are present but not that much.
