I worked with all departments in the organisation and learnt the functionality of each department to develop the program for each department. Job security team work was all part till the company previously OCCL was taken over by CCIL in 2003

Dislikes

After taking over from OCCL almost everyone lost job security and scrutiny was in a very bad position

Work Details

My profile was to work as an in-house software developer.To develop programs as per the requirements of the end users in different departments it was a great experience to learn working procedures of all departments.
