I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. They are very promissed to secure job for each employee even though they denied yearly apraisal. But work environment is good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary package is very low based on work load. Manager is not supportive.

My life at CBN is quite simple. I get promoted based on my work qualities but never get enough salary.
