They are very promissed to secure job for each employee even though they denied yearly apraisal. But work environment is good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary package is very low based on work load. Manager is not supportive.

My life at CBN is quite simple. I get promoted based on my work qualities but never get enough salary.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client bas.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15 to18 hours straight in a day

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
