They didn't give any official contract or any letter of employment. kept the variable pay on hold for months. i had to beg for my clearances. salary was always coming in parts. workload was too much.

Time flexibility was good

Dislikes

No leadership skills in management. Demotivating and frustrating environment. Very high attrition. Saturation comes quick. Head is biased towards favouring people he cannot expend. No scope for employees' voice to be heard. No HR. No grievianve redressal.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
