The office infrastructure is great, the work culture is not, my manager told me ((at 3 random instances), my colleagues have undergone more, one person had resigned and they asked him to leave early, he did, later they debited the balance notice period days in the f&f, that person was a qualified CA just imagine ) that he had a girlshortlisted in my place and was forced to hire me because the director liked my profile better. Every alternate day, atleast in finance, you're threatened to be severed off your job - for not accepting something that is NOT listed in your job description, going on planned leaves is a joke too, people are demanded they cancel their planned PTO or face concequences, I have each time not retaliated and cancelled as I've seen the fate of my fellow colleagues. My humble feedback, if you're a CA/MBA and Legato offers you a finance role, you will seldom do justice to yourself and your qualifications, this place is for folks from a BPO types of environment , not to defame BPO's but just trying to articulate.
