Likes

Working here was good until last year. There was lots of learning opportunities and multitude of implementation going on. The customers where happy as well.

Dislikes

The new management is more focused on removing the old employees who are well known with the customers. The customer want the old employees as they had implemented the application and support was very well provided with satisfaction. The current management do not respect the employees, they don't know how to talk, using irrelevant word. They are assigning roles which the old employees have never done, without giving any training, also to pressurize them to leave the on their own. The high rating are forcefully given just to increase the ratings....Read More
