If senior management is toxic and of frugal mentality who just wants to rake in more profits, then your work becomes hell and you don't have much to learn. Totally depends on senior management, if they are toxic ,then your efforts will go in vain. Projects have different requirements and often hire people to do same monotonous maintenance work, nothing new to enhance career. Appraisals and bonuses are minimal as close to 4-5 % , talented people don't get rewarded and promoted whereas favourable, non talented people get recognition. Hybrid Work Culture 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

I have been working here for the past 2 years now and they haven't given any appraisal everytime they'd tell there's a change in the policy. I have received multiple appreciation from Airbus India side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.
