Promotion and Appraisal. Can't be more biased Gave winning performers a 2 rating. Gave non performing employees a 3 rating. Appraisal was 2 month delayed. You can be fired from your project any day. They will try to put you into any projects regardless your skillset Simply don't join or use as a stepping stone.

Many things.. Poor management. People who are here for ages call the shots, no people management skills, anyone and everyone who is close to management are leaders. Very less leaves. Sick leave only 5 days a year. Annual leaves are also very less and you are forced to take those leaves at the year end when client does not bill.
