a lead business analyst

Position went on hold...!

Last year, I interviewed at Capco Technologies for a Business Analyst role. They conducted five rounds, including a client interview. In the final round, I received positive feedback from the client, which the HR also confirmed. However, after 2–3 days, the HR informed me that the position was put on hold. The funny part is, I found out that some of my friends went through the exact same experience. Makes you wonder why companies conduct interviews if they're not planning to hire. Raise your hand if you've had a similar experience with Capco Technologies or any other company !

Swapna Venkatachaliah - the finance manager for APAC finance team is the most toxic person and oozes negativity. The worst part is both HR and management has not taken action to remove her from the company even after multiple complaints.
