The only thing I liked about this company is it's Saturday off culture that too which was only on 1st and 3rd saturdays. There are lots of companies out there for marketing executives. Please be careful where you join. Don't be so desperate for jobs that you join companies that don't give a shit about you.

Dislikes

This is not a good company to work for. Please do not spoil your career by working for them. The management themselves have no idea what they are doing. They hire employees like they are buying fruits and vegetables. And treating employees very badly. Pressurizing employees beyond measu re. They do not intend to pursue proper marketing channels and expect bountiful returns. Almost 15 people have left the company one after the other in a span of 1 year because of bad management.
