They will terminate you anytime, they don't even know that sometimes businesses don't get work. *Warning for interns* if you are ready to do donkey work then only join here.

At Capactix, I am getting exposure to different types of industries and work which helps to grow my career. Management is very supportive and gives free hand in taking crucial decisions. It is super fun to work when you have great colleagues having good knowledge, expertise and good sense of humor.

The only thing I liked about this company is it's Saturday off culture that too which was only on 1st and 3rd saturdays. There are lots of companies out there for marketing executives. Please be careful where you join. Don't be so desperate for jobs that you join companies that don't give a shit about you.

This is not a good company to work for. Please do not spoil your career by working for them. The management themselves have no idea what they are doing. They hire employees like they are buying fruits and vegetables. And treating employees very badly. Pressurizing employees beyond measure. They do not intend to pursue proper marketing channels and expect bountiful returns. Almost 15 people have left the company one after the other in a span of 1 year because of bad management. I was terminated from my employment because they wanted a junior executive instead of me.
