At Capactix, I am getting exposure to different types of industries and work which helps to grow my career. Management is very supportive and gives free hand in taking crucial decisions. It is super fun to work when you have great colleagues having good knowledge, expertise and good sense of humor.

The only thing I liked about this company is it's Saturday off culture that too which was only on 1st and 3rd saturdays. There are lots of companies out there for marketing executives. Please be careful where you join. Don't be so desperate for jobs that you join companies that don't give a shit about you.

This is not a good company to work for. Please do not spoil your career by working for them. The management themselves have no idea what they are doing. They hire employees like they are buying fruits and vegetables. And treating employees very badly. Pressurizing employees beyond measure. They do not intend to pursue proper marketing channels and expect bountiful returns. Almost 15 people have left the company one after the other in a span of 1 year because of bad management. What I like the most about CapActix is Colleagues are helpful, training for freshers on regular basis, and policy of company for employees

Like how every company has it's pros and cons, CapActix has it's too. But it's nothing which wasn't managebale.

The people here are really genuine and family-like. While working here you will barely experience monotonousness. The office ambiance is designed keeping employee preferences in mind.
