Nothing special. Didn't stay in Canara Bank long enough to understand the ins and outs of this organisation

Dislikes

Actually I joined in Syndicate Bank but retired from Canara Bank due to amalgamation. It would have been better if this merger hadn't happened. I would have loved to retire from original bank than leaving the office from that bank who never treated you as equal

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
