It's a pathetic company. When there is no problem, HRBP will ask continuously "if you have any problem PLEASE do tell, I'll always be there to help". If you have some serious problems and share it with them they'll just even refuse to hear it and say "you are the wrong person". Nobody wants any honesty here , HRBP, Lead, Manager. And Managers and leads always compare everyone with everyone and to the core are very incompetent and pathetic.
