no Pros, Globally brand got good value, but due to bad management in Hyderabad Digi Tech, lower level employees suffering a lot. Manager dominating culture, leaders and HR does not bother about lower level employees, they blindly follows Manager's decisions.

Mr.Sridhar Alavala, reason behind specifying this name specially to let the people know who are willing to join Callaway, please check if you are going work this person. And strictly avoid joining as this person is EGOIST, MICROMANAGED, ARROGANT, EXPECTS TO YOU WORK LIKE THE WAY HE NEEDS. Worst person ever seen in my 40 years journey, praying GOD not to meet another person like him my rest of the life, as life becomes so TOXIC, NO MENTAL PEACE, LOOSE THE INTEREST TO DO IT JOB, ETC., Please note Callaway is excellent Brand, no complaints on organization. this is only heads up to people who wants to join SAP EWM SPACE, strictly avoid....Read More

Bhargav is associate director and Sridhar newly joined as EWM lead, both are having worse attitude. Micromanaged, no professionalism, lots of ego, if you are away for 30mins from the laptop they will call you where are you? working or on leave. imagine nothing else is required. anyone gets offer please look for alternative especially in functional space. Its a worst organization.

Dislikes

Sridhar and Bhargav brings worst attitude, we can survive even if we have work pressure, but if a manager attitude is not good, no one can work in that atmosphere
