I Joined as a Senior Analyst to provide consulting services to an client. Post completion of the project CAI management and hr won't be able to provide any other clients. And ask me to leave. I don't recommend this company. Request you to not join this organisation du to no job security.

The work mode as well as leaves/holiday strictly depends on the client location and we need to follow it religiously even though CAI allows WFH sometimes.

Politics, No work-life balance, subcontractor-type work culture, even though we are working hard they will not give any appreciation, no job security(project will be for a 1 year contract) they will not tell us this before joining.
