It's not a Company, it's only business for making Money for them. The reason is their is no management. They told me to resign from job, just by holding the reason without any proper information through E-mail. The same thing was happened with previous employees also. They will deduct the salary without following HR Basic rules. There is nothing pleasant working on this organisation.

Dislikes

No careers growth, company doesn't give training to new technologies. Stinky work culture. Seniors are always hungry for credit and they never appreciated with our work. When asked for hike they asked for performance even you work very hard. Worst management in this organisation I ever had received.
