It's a family business so they just show the profits or loss the way they want to. They will not give you the variable amount (which is a bigger part of your CTC). I worked there for 3 years and I was not given variable despite being promised. My Variable was 30%. They can also ask you leave the company taking 2 months salary as compensation.
