I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Maximum concerns on leave policies and comp offs have being addressed. Thanks to the management for listening to each and everybody. Anonymous surveys also worked. And management made sure all the concerns are addressed properly.
