Good company with flexibility, undrstanding in a few aspects.... Loved working there till they dropped their standards.

Worst HR, Nobody listens, extremely bad politics, company is good but higher management is so so bad!! They dont care about employees on basic level... Worked with them for for 6.5yrs... Very bad management, who just would not listen. Loved the company but hated the management!!

They hire freshers, offer them a good role and then change the role on joining day to a customer service role which has literally 0 work life balance, poor learning curve, pathetic leave policies.

Complex structure of the Org. Way too much of Org structure changes within short period of time. Employees are facing difficulty with following company goals as it's always changing with the change of the leadership. Unnecessary timeline pressure.

Good company, if you want to work in MNC culture , no one will bother you. But you will not get promotion or growth here. People are sitting at the same position for more than 10 years now.

Haven't found a pigeon box last 3 months. No one here to listen your problems. If you ask anything about your problem, you'll get a response that turns back on you. The technician, pantry boy, and security supervisor are all here to give you a backhanded response. The biggest issue here there is lack of respect. They give cab facilities which is good and the early log out and late log in these facilities are present. Hybrid work culture, leaves are easy to get.

Dislikes

Learning opportunity is very less and IJP is always pre decided. Not all Managers are competent some are very incompetent and will not know the process. Salary increment is okay. Politics present be very careful

For starting your career in networking it a good company but to enhance your skills knowledge you need to switch to some other company because here the profile is basically a support engineer profile.

Hardworking people are not getting promoted.
