Dislikes

Management is worse.Office politics at its peak. Promotions are only for bootlickers.Derserved people always look to leave company as management only promotes undeserving people.if you are a party goer, drinker,smoker and a bootlicker you are the best employee of the management.

British Telecom is good, but have not given any incentive or hike this year due to covid situation.

Dislikes

BT as a company is not so good in upskilling and training their colleagues, that's the reason many of the employees are at the same position for long time.

I have 4.1 YOE Java Spring boot and AWS Telstra with 26 LPA including 6% variable pay. EPAM with 29 LPA including 2 L joining bonus. Which once should I go with considering for long term, Job security and Wlb.
