They provide both side cabs irrespective of whatever shift you are coming. The cost of the cafeteria food is low. Yearly bonus, and every employee is eligible to receive shares price in pounds which you get once you complete 3 years. Shift timing is good from 12:30 - 9:30pm. You have the best manager and operations manager.
Work culture is not good, salaries are low, no growth in your career as there is a flat hierarchy. You will not get any leaves. Skeleton staffing is done here. Hence you have to sit for your work during festivals as well.
