Sometimes few policies are made bit strict like leave adherence, Return to work, etc. learning opportunities are provided but not wide. The company is employee centric but when few resources are taking advantages of relaxation, but yet those employees are being nurtured by asking the genuine resources to mentor them. This leads to additional work load among these employees and they decide to switch. In last 7years, my yearly appraisal had been 45% which is infact much better than others.
