Everything was good at one time, but during covid crisis company acted very cheap by not paying appraisal one complete year and then even postponed the appraisals next year too. It was very pathetic to see such thing despite the fact that everyone worked so hard and full time in lockdowns too. We saw mamy companied paid 2/3 times but BT performed very poor here. Finally, entire team left within a span of just 90 days. I would consider this a poor decision by the management....Read More
