Good work life and enviornment. Supervisors are friendly and supportive. You can do and keep your opinions freely in front of everyone without any hesitation.

The reimbursement of expenses are a bit slow. Rest everything is fine

Good work environment and cluture. Colleagues are supportive and they promote healthy competition. Company policies are very employee centric. The managers don't ask to work on offs and they won't even ask you to strech the work hours. They are very approachable and cooperative. The company also gives a good salary hike and fair appraisals. The company provides both way cab and free food.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, but the trainees require to complete a period of 15 months to be a permanent employee.

Work Details

Here, the job is interesting as the employees don't have to work under pressure. The managers, they don't give unrealistic targets. They don't have much asks apart from meeting the SLAs on a daily basis. They are cooperative and approachable.
