I worked with BT E serv Kolkata and experience is terrible.. Employees are unprofessional, biased.

Employees are unprofessional, No constructive training plan,no salary growth no matter's how good you performed,employees are more into politics can not tolerate people who comes from outside, HR is highly highly highly unprofessional and biased.HR use misuses the powers.
