Bristlecone has good name in the market over decades and it supplies 100s of resources to their long term clients like HUL, SAP Labs, ABB..etc. Employee recognition, hike and appraisals. Resources are deployed into client from day 2.

Dislikes

On-site opportunities are very limited. Limited projects, of course should not compare with big MNCs. Many of my ex-colleagues are still continuing for years, but I felt job security due to very limited choice of clients to the company.

It's very good company , helps maintain work life balance but the only issue is you need to get into their owned projects rather than being outsourced. You will be permanent employee of BCone but contract emp of different company.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
