Bristlecone has good name in the market over decades and it supplies 100s of resources to their long term clients like HUL, SAP Labs, ABB..etc. Employee recognition, hike and appraisals. Resources are deployed into client from day 2.

Dislikes

On-site opportunities are very limited. Limited projects, of course should not compare with big MNCs. Many of my ex-colleagues are still continuing for years, but I felt job security due to very limited choice of clients to the company.

The learning opportunities offered are excellent, you gotta grab every bit of it if you want to achieve something.

Dislikes

The leave policy at the company is amazing, but it all boils down to how people create a perspective of you while taking leaves, and it's not good at all.

Bristlecone is good company. You will get opportunity. They have maximum sap labs,India projects also some indian client .Salary on time .Management OK . Flexible timing ( work from home also available )

Actually you have to travel outside base location. Also not much technical training. They will give training on topics ( 1 or 2 days training )
