Company has a relatively flat hierarchy, so it's easy to approach top management for any queries, concerns or suggestions. Initial compensation is good. Company invests in certifications and online training for its workforce. Relatively younger peers than most of the Indian MNCs. Flat hierarchy doesn't correspond to your opinions or suggestions to be heard. Management is generally engaged in finding the scapegoat for their own incompetency which is generally the tech team on the ground. Management always believes in "Customer is god" philosophy rather than following "Customer obsession" and often confuses the two. Work-life balance is always skewed. Never understood the culture, never felt part of the company (was working at client site) and was never been engaged by the HR team. Newly certified employees have hard time finding projects (as they have to find for themselves) as IJP is just a gimmick....Read More
